A yatra has a lot of moving parts - permits, vehicles, rooms at 3,000 m, a guide who knows the route. We handle all of it, and tell you exactly what each piece costs.
-

Hotels we have personally checked, plus fixed camps on the trekking routes. Rooms are blocked months ahead, so nobody ends up in whatever is left at 9pm in Sonprayag.

Common questions
Yes. Send us your dates, group size and which dhams or peaks matter most, and we will build the route around that - including private departures for families and corporate groups.
Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun and Jolly Grant airport are all standard and included in most packages. Delhi pickup can be arranged at extra cost, usually as an overnight Volvo to Haridwar.
It is not included, and we strongly recommend arranging it yourself for any trek above 3,000 m. Check that your policy covers high-altitude trekking specifically - many standard travel policies exclude it.
For May, June and September departures, six to eight weeks. Helicopter slots to Kedarnath and rooms near Sonprayag are the first things to run out. Weekend treks like Chopta can usually be arranged with two weeks of notice.
